- Develop, pilot, and scale adaptive digital tools (e.g., AI-powered learning platforms, gamified apps) informed by IMETPR’s research to address localized learning gaps.
- Partner with ed-tech startups and governments to deploy low-cost, accessible technologies in underserved schools.
- Deliver hybrid (online/in-person) professional development modules for teachers and leaders, focusing on tech integration, culturally responsive pedagogy, and data-driven instruction.
- Create a peer-led Community of Practice (CoP) platform where educators share strategies, access resources, and collaborate with researchers.
- Host regional policy dialogues with governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations to co-design frameworks for adopting research-backed technologies and curricula.
- Produce policy briefs, case studies, and "innovation playbooks" to guide scalable implementation of successful interventions.
- Support grassroots education innovators through grants, mentorship, and partnerships to prototype context-specific solutions (e.g., localized math content, teacher training models).
- Showcase scalable projects at an annual Pan-African Summit on Mathematics Education Transformation.
